Boxing is a great way to relieve stress. Boxing all does not require much motion in terms of the body, except the arms and hands. Boxing all helps to burn calories and stay healthy. Include a boxing session in your lunchtime routine to be fit, healthy, and stress-free.
Yoga is a great exercise to practice at any time of the day. However, there are only a few asanas such as Ardha Chandraasana, Vajraasana, and Gomukhasana that can be performed post a meal. You must add these asanas to your diet as they can help in digestion as well.
