What a total mess!
I have tried to register my family member who is over 80. It is now 11:44 a.m. and the phone line has not answered since 8 a.m. It just disconnected. On Wednesday, the chat line did not respond all day. The phone line message said “all lines are busy, call back later” and then disconnected. The same goes for 9 a.m.
As of Wednesday night, the site was down for maintenance until 8 a.m. this morning. I logged on before that time to get ready, and it said it would not open until 9 a.m. OK, I’ll register at 9. At one second after 9 a.m., and onward, all the spots were full at Centenary Hospital and Centennial College.
Now, did the site open earlier than 9 a.m.? Were they booking people from 8 a.m.?
Tomorrow is another day.
